Training begins January 6, 2026!

Designed for boys and girls ages 10–14, the TJES&E Barbell Club helps young athletes build foundational strength, confidence, and proper technique for all sports in a safe, supportive environment.

Athletes will learn key movements like snatches, cleans, jerks, and squats, focusing on technique and overall athletic development.

Our TJES&E Barbell Training program is designed to build strength, improve athletic performance, and promote overall fitness in young athletes. Through a combination of age-appropriate strength training, conditioning drills, and injury prevention techniques, we focus on developing key skills such as agility, power, and endurance. Our program helps young athletes enhance their performance in any sport while promoting a healthy, active lifestyle. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of individual athletes, ensuring safe and effective progress.
